If the compound manager is out of the office or unavailable, you can always contact our admin office at rental.office@canaryvillage.com.

We accept certified checks and bank transfer payments. Canary Village compound does not accept cash.

Security deposits are 10% of the annual rent.

Security deposits are due when you sign your lease.

Once you complete your checkout and turn in your keys to the admin office, our team will inspect your apartment and process your security deposit within XX days. After the inspection is complete, we will return the balance of your security deposit to you via check or bank transfer.

You can request maintenance service through UpKeep apps, phone, or email for issues like a leaking faucet, cracked window, or appliance repairs. If you have an emergency maintenance request outside business hours, such as severe plumbing or electrical problems, lockouts, or other items that need immediate assistance, contact our emergency maintenance team at extension number 333 or 0 for operator assistance.

The rent is paid in advance for the whole year on signing the lease agreement and due to the following year on the date on which the lease was signed.
